Rolling your eyes while agreeing to help someone, then talking about the person later. Not doing what you have promised to do. Being sarcastic. Feeling one way, but behaving another way. Being negative and pessimistic and feeling like a victim. not accepting responsibility. Doing things that bother others, like dressing inappropriately for work or social occasions. Undermining the efforts of others. failing in school, work, or social activities. Feeling jealous or resentful. Intentionally annoying and mocking others. These behaviors are usually the result of a low self esteem. Other people don't trust a person that uses this communication style.
