You will need to choose a time when you have at least 20-30 minutes to yourself. relax as much as possible throughout the day. Practice the breathing techniques whenever you feel the slightest bit of stress coming on. It usually only takes two or three of those breaths to relieve minor stress. It may be helpful for you to look over the list of triggers you made on day two, and think of times when breathing exercises could help. Remember to do your journal entry tonight, and then practice your relaxation techniques again before you go to sleep. Be sure you remember to make a conscious effort to allow yourself to not worry about anything. Whatever it is can wait till morning, and you will be able to deal with it better after you have had a good nights rest. Counting your breaths, and focusing on the other relaxation techniques should help with allowing you to let go.
